On Tuesday 3rd July pupils from Year 3-6 represented the school at this years District Sports event. The competition, held at The John Warner School, is the highlight of the sporting calendar.

Pupils competed in a variety of events over different distances. Each member of the team performed with effort, determination and pride. Due to these attributes, we finished in 4th place overall out of 10 teams, which is a fantastic achievement.

There were some standout individual performances from Year 6 pupils who won their event. Raphael and Elijah won the 80m flat and long jump respectively. The Year 6 boys 4x80m relay team (Raphael, Daniel, Harry and Jamie) also won their event.

Well done to all pupils who competed. We are already looking forward to the event next year!
