Thank to all those who have added home learning to their child’s Tapestry journal, it’s lovely to share their in home experiences in this way.

We can’t believe that we are nearing the end of this half term already and here are a couple of reminders.

On Friday 18th children may come to school dressed in red, white and blue in celebration of the coming Royal wedding. A tea party will take place in the afternoon and we are asking for donations to come into school on or by Friday morning. Children who stay all day we still need to bring lunch.

Next Friday 25th May is sports day

Nursery AM races 9.30am start

Nursery PM races 1.15pm start

You are very welcome to watch, please arrive using the main school gates and join us on the field. We ask that you remain on the outside of the track during the day. Children can wear suitable clothes for running e.g. t-shirts (any colour), joggers or shorts.

Please consider the weather and apply sun cream and provide your child with a hat if the weather is hot and if it’s chilly a warmer top. All children will need a named water bottle on the day.

The children have been practicing and we are all looking forward to the day.

Lastly we would like to wish you a happy half term break.
