Some important updates for year 1

Occasional day on Friday 17th May so school will be closed.

Sports day on Friday 24th May at 1.30pm- children to wear their house colour t-shirt with shorts/joggers and trainers.

No shared reading for the rest of this term due to occasional day and sports day.

Phonics screening check starts Monday 10th June. Please ensure children are reading everyday at home in preparation.

We still need eco-bricks, ideally in 2l bottles. They must be in by Thursday 16th May.

Our end of year school trip to the Gruffalo trail at Thorndon country park will be on the 25th June. Letters will come out next week with more details.

Thanks for all your support
