Simply scan the barcode to see how much sugar, saturated fat and salt is in your food and drink then choose one of the healthier swap suggestions. The app is part of a healthy eating campaign and
the ‘scan, swipe, swap’ take-home pack has plenty of resources to help encourage children to build healthier habits for life.
