Cross Country

Congratulations to our Cross Country team that competed in the event at Broxbourne secondary school.

All the children participated in a terrific spirit and many won medals. The 3&4 boys team and the y5&6 boys team each placed 3rd overall.

Perhaps this is a credit to our daily PE activity including the Daily Mile. Well done to all the children and staff involved.

Thank you to Broxbourne for hosting and we look forward to next year’s event.

On Friday 3rd November we had 4 team represent Wormley CofE Primary in the District Football and Netball Tournament at John Warner School.

Congratulations to the Football A Team who were the winners of their tournament and our Football B Team were Runners-Up.

The Netball was also a success. They didn’t place in the overall standings but their performances were a big improvement. They are on the way up!

Many thanks to the parents and teaching staff who made it possible for the children to attend.

Many young people begin their online interaction from a young age, and gaming can make up a large part of this.

Many parents ask for support with managing children’s online gaming. See some practical tips from UK Safer Internet for what to do if your child approaches you asking to play a new game.
