On Tuesday 12th November we are taking part in Odd Socks Day to help raise awareness of  Anti-bullying week. This year the theme is ‘Change starts with us!’

What is it?

Most importantly, Odd Socks Day is designed to be fun! It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!

There is no pressure to wear the latest fashion or for parents to buy expensive costumes.  All you have to do to take part is wear odd socks , it couldn’t be simpler!  In school the children will have a series of assemblies and discussions in class to explore how a little bit of change can go a long way.

Ask the children today about why it is important not be ‘blinkered’ and the Odd socks song!

The Odd Socks Day 2019  new song ‘Change’ from Andy and the Odd Socks is available here.
